"Christmas By The River"

TIME: DOORS OPEN AT 7AM FOR SET-UP. SHOW HOURS ARE FROM 9AM TO 3PM. WE WILL BE HAVING DRAWINGS FOR THE VENDORS THROUGHOUT THE DAY. THE GRAND PRIZE WILL BE A FREE SPACE FOR THE 2013 SHOW. WE HOPE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO JOIN US.
COST: $25. PER SPACE PLUS A $5.00 ITEM FOR OUR RAFFLE.
. Spaces are 15'by 4' in the halls. Due to the narrow 4' width of the space you are not permitted to sit behind your table. Spaces in the Gym are 12' by 6'. Please only two persons per space during the show hours.
. Crafters will need to provide their own tables. One chair will be provided. (two if requested)
. Your display area must be neat and attractive with table coverings to the
floor.
. We will be accepting a limited number of Commercial Vendors this year. They will be in a designated area.
. The Jr. Class will be offering lunch as their fund raiser. If any vendor has a home baked item for sale you will be permitted to sell it in addition to your craft item. Each food item must include your name and all ingredients listed. We will not rent spaces strictly for baked goods.

We will not guarantee a particular space, but you may indicate a choice and
